Mr. Sobhit Bikash Barua, FCMA is the son of Late Kiriti Bikash Barua & Basumati Barua. Mr. Sobhit obtained Bachelor of Commerce degree from Govt. College of Commerce, Chattogram under University of Chattogram in 1979. He has qualified the Professional Degree, Cost & Management Accountant (CMA) in July 1989. He became the Fellow Member of the Institute of Cost & Management Accountants of Bangladesh (ICMAB) in November 1995. He was the Chairman of ICMAB, Chattogram Branch Council and also practitioner as Cost & Management Accountant & Consultant.
He is the Chairman of the Audit Committee of Peoples Insurance Company Limited. He worked with many nationally & internationally reputed business & industrial conglomerates in the country in the senior management positions. He has gathered vast experiences in various fields of industrial enterprises such as Finance, Accounting, Banking, Commercial, Procurements etc. He has attended many business meetings, training programs, workshops, seminars and conferences at home and abroad.
He served as Senior Director with Sunman Group of Companies and also Finance Director of Super Group of Companies. As well he served at Apex Tannery Group, Desh Group of Companies, Saleh Group of Industries, B.S.A Garments Industries and the Office of the Director of Audit (Works), Government of the Peoples’ Republic of Bangladesh, Dhaka etc. He was also an entrepreneur of Export Oriented Readymade Garments Industries and acted as Managing Director of Tube Rose Clothing Ltd. & Nucon Garments Ltd. in Chattogram.

Mr. Mohammed Anowarul Haque was born in Chittagong in 1975. Mr. Haque obtained his graduation in Industrial Engineering from North Eastern University, Boston, USA in the year 1999. He is the son of country’s famous business entrepreneur and industrialist Al-Haj Sufi Mohamed Mizanur Rahman, Chairman, PHP Family who is also Ex-Chairman and Director of Peoples Insurance Company Ltd.
Mr. Haque is the Managing Director of PHP Continuous Galvanizing Mills Ltd., PHP Fisheries Ltd., PHP Telecom Ltd. and also the Director of PHP Float Glass Industries Ltd., PHP Power Company Ltd., PHP Integrated Steel Mills Ltd., PHP Petro Refinery Ltd., PHP Capital Management Ltd., PHP NOF Continuous Galvanizing Mills Ltd., PHP Agro Products Ltd., PHP Power Generation Plant Ltd., Bay Terminal & Distribution Company Ltd., PHP Latex and Rubber Products Ltd. And many other companies of PHP Family. He is a Member, Board of Trustees of University of Information Technology and Sciences (UITS). Mr. Haque posses some special quality and has interest in extra curriculum activities including sports and aviation and also the activities which bring peace, happiness and prosperity for the society. Mr. Anowarul Haque is also a PAUL HARRIS FELLOW (PHF) of Rotary International.

Mr. Mohamed Ali Hossain the dynamic young entrepreneur who was born in 1979 in Chittagong. He is the son of veteran business entrepreneur and well established industrialist Al-Haj Sufi Mohamed Mizanur Rahman, Ex-Chairman and Director of Peoples Insurance Company Ltd. Mr. Hossain possess the quality to develop the relationship with the good people in the society, using this energy and vibrant efforts he has been elected as the Chairman of Peoples Insurance Company Ltd. in his very young age. He obtained his graduation in Business Management from University of Canberra, Australia in 2002.
He is the Managing Director of PHP Power Generation Plant Ltd., Bay Terminal & Distribution Company Ltd., PHP Latex and Rubber Products Ltd. and also the Director of PHP Float Glass Industries Ltd., PHP Power Company Ltd., PHP Telecom Ltd., PHP Integrated Steel Mills Ltd., PHP Petro Refinery Ltd., PHP Capital Management Ltd., PHP NOF Continuous Galvanizing Mills Ltd., PHP Agro Products Ltd. and many other companies of PHP Family. He is a Member of the Board of Trustees of the University of Information Technology and Sciences (UITS).
He is the first ever Bangladeshi Muslim Student who was elected President of Muslim Students Association (2001-2002), University of Canberra, Australia, Vice-president of Overseas Students Organization (2001) University of Canberra, Australia and also the member of University Students Organization (2002) University of Canberra, Australia. Mr. Ali Hossain is also a PAUL HARRIS FELLOW (PHF) of Rotary International.

Mr. Amir Humayun Mahmud Chowdhury, son of late Al-Haj Mahmudun Nabi Chowdhury, was born in a respectable and well known Muslim family in Chittagong.
Mr. Humayun is a reputed business leader and closely associated with education of the country as a member of Chittagong University Senate and also member board of Trustees of Chittagong Independent University. He is the Ex-Chairman and ex-director of Popular Life Insurance Company Ltd. Ex-Chairman and director of Union Capital Ltd. Mr. Amir Humayun Mahmud Chowdhury is the Director of MNC Packages Ltd., Meher Marketing Ltd. and Ex-director of Chittagong Stock Exchange Ltd. He is also the Managing Director of Progoti Shipping (BD.) Ltd. and Chittagong Social Business Centre Ltd. Mr. Amir Humayun Mahmud Chowdhury is the Honorary consul of Thailand in Chittagong.
He is also former President of Chittagong Chamber of Commerce & Industry, former director of Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FBCCI). Presently he is member of Independent University Bangladesh (IUB) Education Science Technology & Cultural Development Trust.
